Charging Warning Message

  1. Charge the vehicle with a working EVSE for about 10 minutes.
  2. If unable to charge the vehicle, turn on the ignition switch and see if there is any warning message. (The warning message will appear on the cluster for 10 seconds. The AVN will remain displayed. (confirmation button))
    Warning Message Possible Cause Inspection
    Charging stopped Check the AC charger
    1. EVSE CP signal error
    2. EVSE charging terminated (self diagnosis/terminated by

      user)

    3. Black out or circuit breaker
    1. Check the EVSE.
    2. If the same message returns even when plugged to other EVSE, check the vehicle Charging System.
    Charging stopped Check the cable connection
    1. Poor connection of charging connector
    1. Check the charging connector (damage, foreign substance)
    2. Replace the charging cable. If the same message returns, check the vehicle Charging System. (proximity detection inspection)

    Good 

    No Good
