Ignition "OFF", remove the safety plug. Disconnect auxiliary battery (-) cable. Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	OBC connector	1, 9 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Go to "CAN Communication Line Inspection" procedure.

No Good

Repair open or short in ground circuit and then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace ICU or BMS then go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
