Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the ICM relay box connector. Ignition "ON".	ICM relay box connector	8 (IG3 relay Input)	Chassis ground	-	B+

Ignition "OFF". Disconnect main battery safety plug, and wait for 5 minutes. Check high voltage terminal is lower than 30V. Disconnect the OBC connector and ICM relay box connector.	ICM relay box connector	7 (IG3 relay control)	ICU connector	12 (IG3 relay control)	Approx. below 1Ω

Good

Fault might be intermittent and caused either by poor contact in connectors or wiring harness, or it has been repaired and control module memory is not cleared yet. Thoroughly check terminal of battery, all connectors (and connections) for looseness, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, and/or damage.
Repair or replace as necessary and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

CAUTION: ■ In case of replaced or repaired OBC, Replenish the cooling water and the electric water pump (EWP) is driven by KDS to circulate the cooling water.
