Charge Terminal Inspection

Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FB11 connector	8 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	5V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FB11 connector	9 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 1 to 1.7V (lock)
	FB11 connector	9 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 2.7 to 3.55V (unlock)
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect main battery safety plug, and wait for 5 minutes. Check high voltage terminal is lower than 30V.	FB11 connector	8 (signal)	OBC connector	6 (signal)	Approx. below 1Ω
	FB11 connector	9 (ground)	OBC connector	14 (ground)	Approx. below 1Ω
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	FB11 connector	11 (unlock)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	FB11 connector	10 (lock)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	OBC connector	31 (unlock)	Chassis ground	-	B+
	OBC connector	23 (lock)	Chassis ground	-	B+

Good

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the OBC and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

No Good

Repair as necessary and then Go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.

CAUTION: ■ In case of replaced or repaired OBC, Replenish the cooling water and the electric water pump (EWP) is driven by KDS to circulate the cooling water.
