- Test drive the vehicle and monitor the DTC state. If the DTC state does not change to 'Active,' then check other high voltage components for any faults. The fault might be caused by the noise from the other components.
- If the DTC state changes to 'Active,' monitor the "Battery Cell Voltage" parameters in "Current Data" using KDS/GDS. If the voltage of battery cells is not below 2V, then check other high voltage components for any faults. The fault might be caused by the noise from the other components.
- If the voltage of battery cells is below 2V, check for loose connection, damages on voltage sensing connector and wiring harness by shaking or securing the connector with the ignition switch "ON".
- If voltage parameter value does not change while inspecting the wiring harness and connector, replace the BMS ECU and Go to "Verification Of Repair ". If the fault is not corrected after replacing the BMS ECU, replace the battery pack assembly.
- If voltage parameter value changes while inspecting the wiring harness and connector, replace the wiring harness and Go to "Verification Of Repair ". If the fault is not corrected after replacing the wiring harness, replace the BMS ECU.
No Good
- Go to "Diagnosis Code Of Freeze Frame Data " procedure.
