Inspection Procedure

  1. Check fuses and relays.
  2. Check auxiliary battery terminals and charge status.
  3. Check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
  4. Check EOP (high voltage connector pin 3, low voltage connector pin 10), OPU (DC high voltage connector pin 2, high voltage connector pin 3, low voltage connector pin 18) connectors for looseness poor connection bending corrosion contamination deterioration or damage.
