DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Circuit monitoring
  • OPU low voltage connector (Pin No. 18)/high voltage connector (Pin No. 2, 3) contact inferiority or circuit open/short
  • Faulty OPU
  • Faulty EOP
Enable Condition Case 1 to 3
  • Low auxiliary battery voltage is between 9V and 16V
Threshold Value Case 1, 2
  • IGBT driver and internal circuit faulty
Case 3
  • IGBT temperature sensor voltage is between 4V and 4.74V
Detecting Time Case 1, 2
  • 0.72s
Case 3
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
