Ambient temperature sensor ground circuit Inspection

- Ignition "OFF"
- Disconnect Ambient temperature sensor.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (ground) terminal of ambient temperature sensor and Pin No. 38 (ground) terminal of A/C control module. (Manual A/C)
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 2 (ground) terminal of ambient temperature sensor and Pin No. 40 (ground) terminal of A/C control module. (Auto A/C)
Specification: Approx. 1 Ω
- Is the measured Value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
