Ground Circuit Inspection

- Ignition "OFF"
- Refer to "EWGA REMOVAL , ECM REMOVAL and BATTERY REMOVAL " and disconnect EWGA, ECM connector and battery (-) cable.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 5 (Ground) terminal of EWGA harness connector and Pin No. 9 (Ground) terminal of ECM harness connector.
Specification: Approx. Below 1Ω
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace EWGA and go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
