Signal Circuit Inspection

- Ignition "OFF"
- Disconnect ECM and HECU connector.
- Ignition "ON"
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 27 (Signal out) terminal of HECU harness connector and Pin No. 46 (Signal in) terminal of ECM harness connector. (W/O EPB)
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 32 (Signal out) terminal of HECU harness connector and Pin No. 46 (Signal in) terminal of ECM harness connector. (With EPB)
Specification: Approx. 1Ω
- Is the measured Value within specification?
YES
- Go to "SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
