Component Inspection

■ Perform Fuel Pump Relay Actuation Test 

1. Connect KDS/GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Ignition "ON" & ENG "OFF"
3. Perform "ACTUATION TEST " for Fuel Pump.

■ Confirm Part Inspection 

1. Does the Fuel Pump operate properly? (Check variation)

   YES 

   • Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.

   NO 

   • Substitute with a known-good Fuel Pump Relay and check for proper operation. If the problem is corrected, replace Fuel Pump Relay and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
