The TCM monitor the state of the B clutch. This DTC indicates that an unintended opening of the B clutch has occurred.
If this DTC is set in conjunction with P0A45-00 in the Hybrid Control Processor (HCP), diagnose and repair the P0A45-00 DTC first.
