When Monitored

When Monitored:

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Condition One:
- Ignition on.
- Output stages power supply is activated.
- Output stage is commanded to 0% Pulse Width Modulated (PWM).
Condition Two:
- Engine speed sensor signal is valid.
- Engine speed above 430 RPM.
- Power supply voltage is within a calibrated range.
