Diagnostic Test

VISUALLY INSPECT FOR A RESTRICTION IN THE AIR FILTER AN INLET HOSE

Turn ignition off.
Perform a visual inspection of the Inlet hose for debris, such as snow packing or dirt loading blocking the passage.
Was a restriction found?

Yes
- Clean the debris from the passage way. Check and replace the Air Filter if necessary.
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to 3.0L, POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST .
No
- Replace the Air Filter.
- Perform the POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST. Refer to 3.0L, POWERTRAIN VERIFICATION TEST .
