This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- With the engine running.
- Engine speed is greater than or equal to a calibrated value.
- Ambient air temperature is greater than or equal to a calibrated value.
- Barometric pressure is greater than a calibrated value.
- Battery Voltage is greater than or equal to a calibrated value.
