Turbocharger Coolant Supply Pipe

REMOVAL 

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
3. Drain the engine coolant system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE COOLING SYSTEM - 1.3L .

4. Loosen the band clamp (1) and reposition the cold air intake tube.

5. Loosen the band clamp (1) and remove the turbocharger coolant supply hose from the turbocharger coolant supply pipe.

6. Remove the nut (1) from the turbocharger coolant supply pipe bracket.
7. Remove the union bolt (2) and remove the turbocharger coolant supply pipe.

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the turbocharger coolant supply pipe to the turbocharger and securely tighten the union bolt.
2. Install the nut for the turbocharger coolant supply pipe bracket, and securely tighten.
3. Install the turbocharger coolant supply hose to the turbocharger coolant supply pipe and tighten the band clamp.
4. Install the cold air intake tube and tighten the band clamp.
5. Fill the engine coolant system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING THE COOLING SYSTEM - 1.3L .
6. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
7. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
