When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following condition is met:
Condition One:
- Ignition on.
- The TCM is powered.
Condition Two:
- Ignition on.
- Engine speed is equal to or greater than 600 RPM.
- Transmission input speed is equal to or greater than 600 RPM.
- Transmission output speed is equal to or greater then 100 RPM.
