Pressurized Coolant Bottle

REMOVAL
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING
.
1 - Pressurized Coolant Bottle Nuts 2 - Pressurized Coolant Bottle 3 - Upper Coolant Hose 4 - Lower Coolant Hose - Disconnect the upper coolant hose from the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Remove the pressurized coolant bottle nuts and lift up the pressurized coolant bottle to gain access to the lower coolant hose.
- Disconnect the lower coolant hose from the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Remove the pressurized coolant bottle.
INSTALLATION
- Connect the lower coolant hose to the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Install the pressurized coolant bottle and tighten the pressurized coolant bottle nuts to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the upper coolant hose to the pressurized coolant bottle.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM FILLING .
- Start and warm the engine. Check for coolant leaks. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM LEAKS .
