- Remove the bleeder screw cap from the right rear caliper bleeder screw.
- Connect the brake bleeder recovery hose to the right rear caliper bleeder screw.
- Turn on the brake bleeder pressure.
- Open the bleeder screw and allow the fluid to move through the hydraulic system into the recovery device.
- Pump the brake pedal three times.
- Tighten the bleeder screw to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Remove the recovery hose and install the bleeder screw cap.NOTE:
When bleeding a hydraulic system, bleed the furthest bleed points first then work towards the master cylinder.

- Remove the clutch slave cylinder bleeder screw cap.
- Connect the recovery hose (1) to the clutch slave cylinder bleeder screw.
- Open the bleeder by pressing down on the spring clip (2) and pulling the hose back to its internal stop and allow the fluid to move through the hydraulic system into the recovery device.
- Pump the clutch pedal three times.
- Push the hose in towards the spring clip (2) until it snaps into place.
- Remove the recovery hose and install the bleeder screw cap.
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Check and adjust brake fluid level to the full mark.
- Check pedal travel and feel of the clutch and brake pedals. If pedal travel is excessive or if the pedal feels excessively spongy, some air may still be trapped in the system. Re-bleed the system as necessary.
- Test drive the vehicle to verify the brakes are operating properly and pedal feel is correct.
