Removal And Installation: Fwd: Installation

- Install the exhaust pipe with intermediate flexible portion and connect it to the front muffler.
- Lower the hydraulic lift to bring the powertrain to the crossmember.
- Tighten the rear engine mount isolator to bracket bolt (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Remove the hydraulic lift.
- Engage the isolators supporting the front exhaust pipe.
- Using a NEW gasket, install the exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter and tighten the NEW nuts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the front exhaust pipe support bracket bolts (2) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the exhaust pipe support bracket bolt (3) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Tighten the rear support bracket bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the exhaust clamp nut (2) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Remove the hydraulic lift under the exhaust pipe.
- Install the right halfshaft. Refer to FRONT, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION or REAR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Install the right front splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, FRONT WHEELHOUSE, INSTALLATION .
- Install the right front wheel. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
