Removal And Installation: Installation

- Install the exhaust pipe with front flex pipe and connect it to the front muffler.
- Position the front suspension crossmember, install the left and right mounting bolts (1) and tighten it to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the front suspension crossmember bolts (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Remove the hydraulic lift.
- Install the rear engine mount to transmission bracket bolt (1) and tighten it to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install a NEW
gasket and the exhaust pipe to the catalytic converter. Tighten the NEW
nuts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the front exhaust pipe support bracket bolts (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the exhaust pipe clamp bolt (2) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the exhaust pipe rear bracket bolts (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the right and left stabilizer bar nuts and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to FRONT, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the right and left lower load beams (1a) and tighten the bolts (1b) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the right and left reinforcement brackets and tighten the bolts (2) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the pedestrian impact crossmember and tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

- Install the steering column, a NEW bolt and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION .
- Install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
