Removal And Installation: Installation

LEFT SIDE

  1. Install the lower load beams (2) and install the bolts (1).
  2. Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  3. Install the bolts (1) attaching the pedestrian impact crossmember to the lower load beam.
  4. Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  5. Position the reinforcement brackets (1b) back into place, install the bolts (1a).
  6. Tighten the bolts (1a) to the proper specification.

    Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  7. Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION  .
  8. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION  .

RIGHT SIDE

  1. Install the lower load beams (2) and install the bolts (1).
  2. Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  3. Install the bolts (1) attaching the pedestrian impact crossmember to the lower load beam.
  4. Tighten the bolts (1) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  5. Position the reinforcement brackets (1b) back into place, install the bolts (1a).
  6. Tighten the bolts (1a) to the proper specification.

    Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  7. Install the front fascia. Refer to FASCIA, FRONT, INSTALLATION  .
  8. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION  .
