Removal - Rear Fuel Delivery Line - 1.3L

- Perform the fuel pressure release procedure. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE .
- Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to SEAT CUSHION, REMOVAL

- Lift the floor covering to access and remove the screws (1) that secure the fuel pump and vent tube access covers to the floor panel and remove the access cover.
- Disconnect the fuel pump wire harness connector (1).
- Disconnect the rear fuel supply line quick coupling (2).
- Disconnect the rear vent tube quick coupling (1).
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the right side belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, SIDE, REMOVAL

- Remove the bolts (1) and the front and rear fuel line shields.
- Disconnect the rear fuel delivery tube front quick coupling (1).
- Disengage the fuel supply line (1) from the retaining clips.
- Remove the serrated fuel tank heat shield retaining washer (1).
- Place a suitable hydraulic lift to support the fuel tank, then remove the bolts from the front tank mounting brackets.
- Remove the bolts (1) from the rear tank mounting brackets.
- Lower the fuel tank and release the fuel line from the retaining clips (1) and remove the line.
