Installation - Rear Fuel Delivery Line - 1.3L

- Install the rear fuel supply line (1).
- Lift the fuel tank back into position then install the rear tank mounting brackets bolts (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATION

- Install the front tank mounting brackets bolts (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATION

- Install the serrated fuel tank heat shield retaining washer (1).
- Engage the rear fuel supply line (1) into the retaining clips.
- Connect the rear fuel supply line front quick coupling (1) and be sure it is fully seated.
- Install the front and rear fuel tube shields and securely tighten the bolts (1).
- Install the right side belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, SIDE, INSTALLATION .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Lift the floor covering to access and connect the rear vent tube quick connect fitting (1) and be sure it is fully seated.
- Connect the rear fuel supply line quick connect fitting (2) and be sure it is fully seated.
- Connect the fuel pump wire harness connector (1).
- Install the fuel pump and vent tube access covers and securely tighten the screws (1).
- Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to SEAT CUSHION, INSTALLATION .
