Sunroof, Dual Pane: Removal

NOTE:

For exploded view and call outs. Refer to SUNROOF, SINGLE PANE, DESCRIPTION .

Move glass panel to the fully closed position.
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Lower the headliner in the vehicle enough to gain access to the sunroof assembly. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVAL .
Disconnect the four drain tubes (1) from sunroof housing.
Disconnect the sunroof wire harness electrical connector.

Loosen the 14 bolts (3) attaching sunroof assembly.
With the help of an assistant, support the sunroof and remove the 14 bolts attaching sunroof assembly (2) to roof panel.
Remove the sunroof assembly (2) from vehicle.
