Glass, Sunroof: Installation
- Position glass panel (1) on to mechanism lift arms (3).
- Start the six attaching screws (three per side).
- Connect a 12v. power supply and verify that the sunroof is in the closed position.
- Adjust sunroof glass to fit to specifications with roof line. Refer to GLASS, SUNROOF, REAR, ADJUSTMENTS .
- Tighten the six screws (1) to 4.5 N.m. (40 in. lbs.).
- Attach mechanism covers, Refer to COVER, SUNROOF MECHANISM, INSTALLATION .
- Re-initialize sunroof motor, Refer to MOTOR, SUNROOF, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Verify sunroof operation and alignment.
