Cooler And Hoses, Charge Air: Removal: Cooler

  1. Remove the radiator crossmember. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, REMOVAL .

  2. Loosen the clamp (1) and remove the right side Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose (2) from the cooler.

  3. Loosen the clamp (2) and remove the left side CAC hose (1) from the cooler.

  4. Release the tab (1) on the right side of the CAC.

  5. Release the tab (1) on the left side of the CAC and lift up to remove the cooler.
