Jet, Piston Oil Cooler: Installation

CAUTION:

Use caution when removing and installing oil jets. Damage to oil jet nozzle could cause severe engine damage.

  1. Install oil jet (1). Tighten the bolt (2) to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.).
  2. Install the crankshaft. Refer to CRANKSHAFT, INSTALLATION .
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
