Diagnostic Test

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC 
    1. Ignition on, engine not running.
    2. With the scan tool record all Freeze Frame data and DTCs.
    3. Along with P241D, one or more of the following DTCs will set: P05EE-00, P05F1-00, P05F2-00, P05F3-00, P1220-00, P203A-00, P203F-00, P2047-00, P208A-00, P208B-00, P20E8-00, P20E9-00, P20FA-00, P2200-00, P220A-00, P220B-00, P229E-00, P242D-00, P2BA9-00, U029D-00, and/or U029E-00. Perform the Diagnostics for those DTC(s) at this time.
    4. The repairs made in the other DTCs listed will end the Drivers Warning and Inducement Strategy timer. The PCM will then remove P241D from the Active/Pending list.

      Is DTC active ?

      Yes 

      • Go To  2

      No 

      • Test complete
  2. CHECK FOR OTHER DTCS 
    1. Refer to recorded DTCs.

      Along with P241D, are or more of the following DTCs active or pending?: P05EE-00, P05F1-00, P05F2-00, P05F3-00, P1220-00, P203A-00, P203F-00, P2047-00, P208A-00, P208B-00, P20E8-00, P20E9-00, P20FA-00, P2200-00, P220A-00, P220B-00, P229E-00, P242D-00, P2BA9-00, U029D-00, and/or U029E-00.

      Yes 

      • Perform the Diagnostics for those DTC(s) at this time.
