Module, Electric Park Brake (EPBM): Removal

- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the cargo load floor panel. Refer to LOAD FLOOR, CARGO, REMOVAL .
- Push in on tab to release the lever (1) on the electrical connector (2) and disconnect from the EPB (Electric Park Brake) module (4).
- Using a suitable tool, gently slide retainer (3) from stud.
- Remove fastener (5) and remove the EPB module (4).
