Belt, Serpentine: Removal: 3.2L

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the right wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to SHIELD, SPLASH, REAR WHEELHOUSE, REMOVAL .
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove the heater hose (1) from the water pump.
- Remove the lower radiator hose (2) from the water pump.
- Rotate the belt tensioner (1) counterclockwise and remove the serpentine belt (4).
