2.2L Diesel EGT Sensor 1/3

  1. Install the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensor 1/3 into the Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)/Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) (5) and tighten to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

  2. Attach the EGT sensor 1/3 wire to the retainer.
  3. Attach the connector (4) to the bracket and connect the EGT sensor 1/3 wire harness connector (1).
  4. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
