2.0L Diesel

- Using a new gasket (2) install cross-under pipe (4) to the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) and tighten nuts (3) finger tight.
- Install the cross-under pipe isolator bolts (5). Tighten bolts (5) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten the cross-under pipe to DPF flange nuts (3) to the proper torque. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the exhaust resonator. Refer to RESONATOR, EXHAUST, INSTALLATION .
- Check the exhaust system for contact with the body panels. Make the necessary adjustments, if needed.
- Install the middle belly pan (1) and securely tighten fasteners.
- Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Start the engine and inspect for exhaust leaks. Repair exhaust leaks as necessary.
