Cover, Rear Seat Back, 40%: Installation

  1. If necessary, install the inner side shields.
  2. Position the seat back cover onto the seat back foam and install NEW  hog rings.
  3. Pull the seat cover tight and engage the velcro fasteners.
  4. Position the seat back foam assembly onto the seat back frame.
  5. If equipped with heated seat, route the wire harness and connect the wire harness connector.

  6. Install the small J-strips (1) around the handle opening.

  7. Install the fold flat handle bezel (1).
  8. Lift the handle (2) then install the screw.
  9. Install the headrest sleeves.

  10. Lift the seat back trim and install the four push fasteners (1).

  11. Close the side zippers (2) and close the lower J-strip (1).
  12. Install the trim cover (3).
  13. Install the side shields.
  14. Install the 40% rear seat into the vehicle. Refer to SEAT, REAR, INSTALLATION .
