DECKLID / Hatch / Liftgate / Tailgate / Swing Gate: Spoiler: Removal

- Remove liftgate trim as necessary. Refer to PANEL, TRIM, REMOVAL .
- Remove both liftgate pinch sensors. Refer to SENSOR, PINCH, REMOVAL

- Remove the bolts at each outboard lower attachment (1).
- Remove the six nuts (3).
- Lower the liftgate.
- Separate the spoiler from the liftgate (2) and pivot the spoiler (1) towards the front of the vehicle.
- Disconnect the washer hose from the washer nozzle. Disconnect the wiring connector from the CHMSL. Remove wiring clips (2 total).
- Remove spoiler from vehicle.
