Windshield Hinge: Removal

NOTE: If both hinges are to be replaced, the windshield must be tilted to the full forward position. (Refer to BODY/STATIONARY GLASS/WINDSHIELD - REMOVAL) 
  1. Remove door. (Refer to BODY/DOOR - FRONT/DOOR - REMOVAL) 
  2. Remove the bolts attaching the hinge to the cowl. See Fig 1.
  3. Remove the bolts attaching the hinge to the windshield frame.
  4. Separate the hinge from the vehicle.
