Section 590 (Frame & Bumpers): CROSSMEMBER-Rear/Transmission: Removal

- Remove the skid plate. (Refer to FRAME & BUMPERS/FRAME/SKID PLATE-TRANSFER CASE - REMOVAL)
- Support the transmission with a suitable lifting device.
- Remove the four transmission mount bolts (1).
- Remove the eight crossmember bolts (2) and remove the crossmember.
