Rear Parking Brake Cables

1 - WHEEL SPEED SENSOR WIRE

2 - CABLE

3 - BRAKE HOSE

4 - CALIPER SLIDE BOLTS

5 - BANJO BOLT

Install the cable (2) to the vehicle.
Install the 2 push pins for the park brake cable to the stabilizer bar bracket.
Install the stabilizer bar bushing clamp bolts.

Install the park brake cable (2) into the support plate.

1 - PARK BRAKE SHOES

2 - BRAKE LEVER ACTUATOR

3 - RETURN SPRING

4 - HOLD DOWN CLIPS

5 - ADJUSTER

6 - ADJUSTER RETURN SPRING

Reconnect the park brake cable at the brake actuator lever (2).
Reconnect the rear park brake shoes (1) (Refer to BRAKES/PARKING BRAKE/SHOES - INSTALLATION) .

Install the axle shaft (1).

Install the axle flange nuts (1). (Refer to DIFFERENTIAL & DRIVELINE/REAR AXLE - C213R/AXLE SHAFTS - INSTALLATION) .

Adjust rear park brake shoes (Refer to BRAKES/PARKING BRAKE/SHOES - ADJUSTMENTS) .

3 - RETURN SPRING

4 - ACTUATOR LEVER

Install the disc brake rotor.

2 - CALIPER ADAPTER

3 - WHEEL SPEED SENSOR

4 - PARK BRAKE CABLE

5 - CALIPER SLIDE BOLTS

Install the rear caliper (1) (Refer to BRAKES/HYDRAULIC/MECHANICAL/DISC BRAKE CALIPERS - INSTALLATION) .

2 - CABLES
Install the park brake cables (2) thru the floor (1).
Install the tire and wheel assembly.
Lower the vehicle.

Reconnect the brake cables to the equalizer (1).

Unlock the park brake cable (1).

1 - ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS

2 - BRACKET
Fold down the rear carpet.
Install the rear sill plates.
Install the (FDCM) module bracket (2) mounting nuts.
Reconnect the (FDCM) module electrical connectors (1).

Install the rear seat bottom (Refer to BODY/SEATS/SEAT CUSHION - INSTALLATION) .
Verify parking brake operation.
