Door Glass: Removal

- Remove the outer belt molding. (Refer to BODY/WEATHERSTRIP/SEALS/FRONT DOOR OUTER BELT MOLDING - REMOVAL) .
- Remove the waterdam. (Refer to BODY/DOOR - FRONT/WATERDAM - REMOVAL) .
- Raise the glass to the position shown and using a long flat blade or hook type tool, disengage clips attaching glass retainer to regulator lift plate. See Fig 1.
- Disconnect the glass from the regulator lift plate and reinstall the clips.
- Rotate the top of the glass toward the front and remove the glass from the window opening.
