Oil Cooler: Removal

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Drain the cooling system.
- Remove the air cleaner assembly (Refer to ENGINE/AIR INTAKE SYSTEM/AIR CLEANER HOUSING - REMOVAL) .
- Remove the coolant reservoir and hoses.
- Remove the charge air cooler hose between turbocharger and cooler.
- Remove the lower radiator hose at the water pump housing assembly.
- Remove the water pump housing assembly. See Fig 1.
- Remove the engine oil cooler. See Fig 1.
