Cylinder Block

Check cylinder block head surface warpage, cylinder bore diameter, taper and out-of-round. Measure at about .50" (12.5 mm) below top surface of cylinder bore, middle of bore and about .50" (12.5 mm) above bottom of cylinder bore. Repair or replace cylinder block if measurements are not within specification. See CYLINDER BLOCK table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS.
