. Air bag parts are not interchangeable between models. Always use NEW parts and correct part number for vehicle being worked on. After component replacement, always perform a system operation check to ensure proper system operation. See TESTING - SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK

When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. See COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES
