Differential Vehicles With Heavy Duty Differential - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol/V6 S/C 3.0L Petrol (G2131353): Installation

NOTE: If equipped.

Make sure that a new breather is installed.

Renew Part: Breather Quantity: 1 .
Install the differential case and hand tighten the 2 front mounting bolts.
Install the 2 rear differential case mounting bolts.
Torque : 192Nm
Tighten the 2 front mounting bolts.
Torque : 110Nm
Install the vibration damper.
Torque : 24Nm
Using new bolts, install the rear drive shaft to the differential drive flange in the marked position.
Renew Part: Driveshaft to rear differential bolts Quantity: 6 .

Torque : 75Nm
NOTE: If equipped.

Connect the oil temperature sensor.
NOTE: If equipped.

Connect the breather tube and locking motor electrical connector.
Install both the rear halfshafts.

Install the exhaust system.

Fill the rear differential oil.
Refer to: DIFFERENTIAL DRAINING AND FILLING VEHICLES WITH HEAVY DUTY DIFFERENTIAL
Reset the Emergency Park Release (EPR).
Install the engine cover.
