- A2: CHECK FOR CAMPAIGNS, BULLETINS AND SSMS
- Check the Jaguar Land Rover claims submission system to clarify if the vehicle has any outstanding campaigns. Refer to the corresponding bulletins and SSMs which may be valid for the specific customer complaint

- A3: BRAKE NOISE ORIGIN - FRONT OR REAR
- Confirm the origin of the brake noise, if available using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment (Steelman ChassisEAR)
Has the brake noise origin been located?
Yes
If the brake noise origin is coming from the front brakes GO to PINPOINT TEST B . If the brake noise origin is coming from the rear brakes GO to PINPOINT TEST C .
