- B1: FRONT BRAKE NOISE VEHICLES INSTALLED WITH: 325MM FRONT BRAKES NOTE: The issue is more evident before the front brakes have reached operating temperature in cool ambient temperatures and typically does not reoccur after the brakes have reached operating temperature.
- Assess noise.
Is there a noise from the front brakes during light brake pedal application.
Yes
Raise an Electronic Product Quality Report (EPQR), attach a noise file, brake questionnaire and any other supporting evidence.
No
Road test the vehicle with the customer to confirm the noise has gone.

- Assess noise.
Can brake noise be heard from the front brakes under normal driving conditions?
Yes
