Chips/Scratches/Marks
NOTE:
- Heavy scratch: a scratch that can be located with a fingernail, appears frosty and is readily visible at 90cm.
- Medium scratch: a scratch that is slightly ragged at the edge and may be sometimes located with the fingernail, but not readily visible at 90cm
- Light scratch: a very fine scratch, not ragged, cannot be located by a fingernail and is not easily discernible at 90cm.
