Pinpoint Test G: Wipers - Erratic Movement Diagnostics (4)

  1. G1: DEEP CLEAN WINDSHIELD 
    1. Clean the windshield using the process detailed in the article below.

    Is there still an issue with the wiper movement (eg: erratic or unacceptable movement)?

    Yes 

    Repeat the cleaning process and retest. If the fault persists, GO to PINPOINT TEST H .

    No 

    Return the vehicle to the customer and advise the customer as to best practice for a clean windshield, i.e.: to avoid  using vehicle cleaning products which contain a wax treatment on the windshield and other windows.
