Pinpoint Test H: Wipers - Erratic Movement Diagnostics (5)

  1. H1: REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS - WIPER BLADES 
    1. Replace the wiper blade(s).

    Is there still an issue with the wiper movement (eg: erratic or unacceptable movement)?

    Yes 

    GO to PINPOINT TEST I .

    No 

    Return the vehicle to the customer and advise the customer as to best practice for a clean windshield, i.e.: to avoid  using vehicle cleaning products which contain a wax treatment on the windshield and other windows.
