DTC P0606-96: Control Module Processor - Component internal failure: Action

- Vehicle Conditions to enable DTC Logging Strategy
- The reset monitor runs continuously
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system check and install latest relevant level of software to the engine control module
- Inspect connectors for signs of water ingress, and pins for damage and/or corrosion
- Check and install a new engine control module, only when diagnosed as failed
- Using the manufacturer approved diagnostic system, clear all stored DTCs and retest
