Brake Fluid Reservoir: Installation
- Install seals into master cylinder.
- Remove plugs.
- Lubricate seals with clean brake fluid.
- Install seals.
- Install reservoir to master cylinder.
Remove plugs.
- Install reservoir, making sure reservoir is fully seated.
- Install locating pin.
- Install pedal housing, brake booster and master cylinder assembly. Refer to BRAKE PEDAL AND BRACKET, BRAKE BOOSTER AND BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER .
- Install plenum cover. Refer to COWL PANEL GRILLE .
- Install windshield wiper arm and blade assembly.
- Reconnect battery ground cable (IMPORTANT, see BATTERY CONNECT for further information).
- Bleed brake system. Refer to BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM .
- Remove paint-work protection covers and close engine compartment.
